This is a portion of a newly built semi-detached villa, located in Forte dei Marmi in via Mazzini 84 at the corner of via Fermi 2, developed on two floors above ground, free on three sides and adhering to the other unit on the Viareggio side.
Internally divided as follows: on the ground floor entrance to the living-dining room, kitchenette, small guest bathroom, large veranda on the Massa side. On the first floor; two bedrooms each equipped with a wardrobe compartment and private bathroom with shower and terraces with flower boxes.
The unit in question is equipped with luxury finishes and all the comforts of a prestigious villa. The heating is autonomous with gas underfloor heating, the air conditioning is ducted, equipped with a solar panel system for the production of domestic hot water and photovoltaic for electricity. The external floors are made of large format slabs of fine travertine and the internal ones are made of natural oak planks.
